T&CS: DEMONSTRATIONS ARE TO BE PRE-ORGANISED AND BOOKED IN AND BUILD INTO THE SHOW GUIDE. SPACE FOR TRADE STANDS ARE ALLOCATED FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT. PAYMENT APPLIES FOR ENTIRE EVENT. PAYMENT IS VIA PROFORMA ON BOOKING OF YOUR STAND. IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND THE EVENT YOU FEE WILL BE NON-REFUNABLE. NEWSLETTER AND SOCIAL MEDIA COVERAGE WILK INCLUDE 2 EMAILS AND 2 POSTS DURING THE RUN UP AND ANY CONTENT MUST BE PROVIDED BY YOURSELVES.
