Step 1.

Add 50ml Piston Forêt Noire Gin into a jug or cocktail shaker

Add 10ml Sherry

Step 3.

Add Chocolate Bitters

Step 4.

Top with ice cubes and muddle with a cocktail spoon

Step 5.

Strain into glass

Step 6.

Garnish with dark chocolate (we also like to add a cherry too!)

Add the honey syrup and bitters into a glass

Stir

Step 3.

Top the glass with ice

Step 4.

Pour over the Oak Aged Dry Gin

ADD ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A COCKTAIL SHAKER

Step 2.

SHAKE THOROUGHLY OVER ICE

Step 3.

STRAIN INTO A SHORT GLASS OVER CRUSHED ICE

Step 4.

GARNISH WITH FRESH BLACKBERRIES & A DRIZZLE OF FORÊT NOIRE
